Situated at Jalan Pahang, Setapak, this is probably the BEST place to go for Hokkien mee and fried bihun in the KL region!!! Restoran Setapak Teochew (文良港潮州餐室饼家) seems to be operating for a little over a hundred years since 1912 (according to what is written on the walls). It looks like an old-fashioned coffee shop thou, but with one section renovated and air-conditioned. I've visited this restaurant many times since years ago, and it has yet to disappoint me~
